All of our saunas are carefully packaged to ensure no harm will come to the product during the shipment and while in transit. If, however, a shipping damage has been done (accidents do happen, even though they are extremely rare), please contact us and we will do everything in our power to replace broken or damaged parts to your full satisfaction!

Basic Shipping Recommendations:

  • Upon the delivery of your sauna, inspect the exterior of the package.
  • It is highly advisable that two individuals over 18 years of age accept the delivery.
  • Open and inspect the packaged interior and electronic parts for hidden damages. If any occurred – contact us immediately to resolve the matter. (Please note: Any delays in reporting a damage to your merchandise, may result in a denial of your claim for a return/exchange.)
